This problem triggered when windows 10 lan’s settings is disabled. It’s showing message “Unable to Change Proxy Settings! “Some settings are managed by your organization or administrator”.

To solve this issues:

1. Go to Regedit (WIN+R and type regedit)
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Policies > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > Control Panel
3. Change Connection Settings into “0”

Close your Chrome Browser or any browser and re-open again.

The LAN Settings should be enabled by now
